The Springfield Area Home Builders Association, in partnership with several not-for-profit organizations in our local community, proudly present the 2010 Raffle House Event! This unique event is bound to generate a lot of excitement, with the grand prize winner getting the choice of a $250,000 brand new home or $150,000 cash!!
In addition to providing one lucky winner with a wonderful new home or that cash prize, The Raffle House Event will also donate a large portion of the proceeds to several charitable organizations that are active and make a positive impact in our local community. These benefiting organizations are the March of Dimes, the Ronald McDonald House, the Hoogland Center for the Arts, and the Springfield Parks Foundation / Southwind Park. One of our primary goals with this event is to support these organizations so that they can continue to make the greater Springfield area an even better place to live.
A brief overview of the Raffle and some important dates:
- Tickets on sale through September 1st
- You may purchase your ticket(s) through the SAHBA or any of the partnering community organizations
- Ticket price is $100
- Only 4,000 tickets will be sold.
- Early bird Drawings on July 16th and July 30th - see above for details
- Our Grand Prize Drawing will be held on Thursday, September 16, 2010
- Grand Prize winner will get a choice of any of the remaining homes or a $150,000 cash prize
- Homes will all be approximately valued at $250,000
- Over $30,000 in other cash prizes offered
- 1:80 chance of winning a prize per ticket
